Instead, take part in the upcoming Lunar New Year Lantern Workshop, Celebration, and Walk! It’s sure to be an amazing, inspiring time (and you’ll even have time to let out your creative side)!
About the Event
In celebration of the Lunar New Year, this is going to be one extravaganza you won’t soon forget! You will begin by making and decorating a lantern (all ages are welcome), followed by enjoying a dragon dance and more! Then, join in the family lantern walk, join in the parade, and enjoy a reception with those in attendance. Seeing the lanterns lit up against the darkness of the night, while you take in live performances, music, friends, and family is sure to be a nice way to welcome in the new year.

The Lunar New Year Lantern Workshop event will be happening on February 16th, 2019 from 3:00pm to 8:00pm. You may attend any part of the event! Keep the following schedule in mind:
- Lantern Workshop: 3:00pm to 5:00pm
- Live Entertainment: 5:30pm to 6:30pm
- Lantern Walk, Parade, and Reception: 6:30pm to 8:00pm
