Have you made a resolution or two for yourself – or on behalf of your entire family – to get healthy and fit for 2016? Is it going well? Do you feel like you’ve got some direction but a bit more motivation might help? If so, do yourself and your loved ones a favor and set aside some time for this exciting upcoming event!
About the Event
This is the LiveFit Southlake Health Fair event, which will give you and your family members access to the resources you need to get fit in 2016 and beyond. Show up to learn more about your health, receive free screenings for common health issues, and to consider joining the LiveFit Southlake Wellness Challenge. The challenge simply requires you to register (Special note: You will get a free shirt for registering!). Gather points every time you participate in accessing Southlake’s many options (such as fun events) for physical fitness and you can put those points toward additional prizes!
