Sometimes you are fortunate enough to get to a point where you can electively fix something that has bothered you for a long, long time. That is where we were at with this patient. He had never really liked his smile. He did not like the shape of his teeth, the spacing or the color. So he allowed us to fix it. This case consist of a combination of porcelain crowns and veneers (which if made the same, look the same). We were able to do the upper teeth first, and then come back and do the lower ones later. It does not always work out to where you can do the treatment that way, but in this case it did. Great patient, and a great result.
