When you have the facts and figures in front of you, grading yourself with an A+ (or quickly making necessary changes to earn that grade) becomes easy.

How Often Should I Schedule Preventive Visits?

To ensure your preventive care is working wonderfully, you should be scheduling your preventive visits with us every six months. You may schedule in advance to make sure we see you right when it’s time. Twice a year is really all that is necessary!

How Often And Long Should I Brush?

You should brush your teeth two times a day, every single day without ever skipping. We direct patients to do this when they’re getting ready for their day in the morning and then when getting ready for bed in the evening. Each time you brush, do so for two minutes.

How Long Should My Brush Last?

Your toothbrush might seem like it lasts and lasts forever. However, even if it looks great, it should only be in use for around three or four months. Once you hit that mark, it’s time for a new one.

How Much Floss Should I Use?

You likely already know that good preventive care requires daily flossing. To make the most of it, start by ripping off about a foot and a half of floss each time you do so.
